In this paper a new system for collaborative and non-presence management is introduced. This system incorporates a tabletop tangible user interface, a big stereo screen and a Kinect device to capture user 3D gestures. This could be a scalable system just adding more displays to get a bigger MultiTouch table and more Kinect devices to increase the interaction area, but it has been built only with a Kinect device and a multitouch screen for the time being. Users can manage all situations in which a virtual presence or a lot of processing information is needed, such as surveillance, virtual trips or collaborative management for disaster or emergency situations.
